Sorry No Posts
I have been trying to post from blogger for a week now and due to it janky ways, I haven't been able to. Adding links and pictures is becoming too much of a damn hassle and let's not even talk about how great the help is on Blogger. If I could cut paste with all the highlights and links added it would be great but the way things are right now, it ain't worth it.
To give you an example of the issues in order to write the body of this text I have to tab, yes tab, to get to the body of the post. Then if I want to change the font, I can't. Now I can switch to HTML and work with it there, but I am no computer genius or hacker I don't do the html stuff. I like easy, peasy. I can't add a link because I can't highlight anything. Sighing... I have also used different computers and it still hasn't worked.
I have much to say but I ain't saying shit else on this thing until it works like is supposed to.

change your theme, this is the old old one, perhaps some of the stuff is played out on it. There are newer themes that allows for that. If that fails then download WINDOWS LIVE WRITER and do you blog add all your fancy this and that and then publish it and it will show up just as you did it from WINDOWS LIVE WRITER.

Thanks for the advice, Rhapsody. It seems several bloggers are having the same problems and clearing caches, cookies, updated browsers are not solving the problem. It is something on Blogger's end. My sister had the same problem and she is fairly new to blogger and she had migrated right over to Wordpress. And reading the forums, there are multiple folks with the same problem not being able to post using the compose button. So...I am still at a stalemate. I may change the theme just to see, but Blogger is having "known" issues with their text gadget box so I am a little leary because I don't want to lose my entire blog. Thanks!
Sorry you are having so much trouble. Blogger definitely has it's issues but changing fonts and things hasn't ever been a problem for me. It's really annoying that customer service is non existent. They don't help you at all. I wonder what's up with that compose button? I hope it gets fixed.
I wish I could help but I'm not the brightest when it comes to technology. I hope that blogger gets its act together.
Cece - Thanks! It is really bad because the forums are filled with bloggers having the same problems.
Faith - I doubt Blogger gives two cares because the number of folks having the same problem have increased on the forums with no response except the same thing clear your cache or update your browser. If those were the problem, things would be solved, but it is getting worse. My sister just moved to wordpress. However, she had just started using blogger this summer. I have years of stuff...:(
